Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to incoming technical support tickets, chats, and frequently asked questions
- Process, prioritize, and distribute incoming queries from clients and users
- Provide customer support via phone
- Assist with internal departmental tasks and workload as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- High level of computer literacy and confident use of internet-based tools and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good command of the Turkish language (written and spoken)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and logically
- Fast learner with the ability to undergo intensive training and continuously update knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
Additional requirements (considered an advantage):
- Knowledge of trading platforms and experience in financial market trading
- Previous experience in technical customer support
- Degree in Computer Science
- Knowledge of the Russian language
