Junior Technical Support Assistant (Turkish language)

Limassol, Cyprus

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming technical support tickets, chats, and frequently asked questions
  • Process, prioritize, and distribute incoming queries from clients and users
  • Provide customer support via phone
  • Assist with internal departmental tasks and workload as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • High level of computer literacy and confident use of internet-based tools and software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good command of the Turkish language (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and logically
  • Fast learner with the ability to undergo intensive training and continuously update knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail

Additional requirements (considered an advantage):

  • Knowledge of trading platforms and experience in financial market trading
  • Previous experience in technical customer support
  • Degree in Computer Science
  • Knowledge of the Russian language
