We are looking for an experienced Payment Solutions Manager to drive the development, expansion, and adoption of our global payment infrastructure.
In this role, you will take ownership of integrating Payment Service Providers (PSPs), expanding payment capabilities, and supporting brokers in implementing scalable payment solutions within our platform. You will work at the intersection of payments technology, product development, and client engagement, collaborating closely with engineering teams, payment providers, and brokerage companies.
This position is ideal for a payments professional who understands PSP ecosystems, payment orchestration, and global payment methods, and who is looking to expand the adoption in MetaTrader 5 Platforms and the online trading industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Payment Infrastructure & PSP Integrations
- Own and drive the MetaTrader 5 platform integration strategy for Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and alternative payment methods across multiple regions.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new PSP partners to expand global payment coverage and optimize transaction success rates.
- Lead the end-to-end PSP integration lifecycle, from technical evaluation and onboarding to testing, go-live, and optimization.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to define technical integration requirements, API specifications, and payment workflows.
- Manage technical collaboration with PSP partners, including API integrations, sandbox environments, and implementation processes.
- Monitor and analyze payment performance metrics such as authorization rates, transaction routing, and processing efficiency.
- Continuously optimize the payment stack by introducing new payment methods, routing strategies, and provider capabilities.
- Client Solutions & Broker Engagement
- Act as a payments expert and trusted advisor for MT5 brokerage clients implementing the company’s payment solution.
- Support brokers in selecting and integrating PSPs and payment methods that best fit their regional and operational needs.
- Present and demonstrate the capabilities and value of the company’s payment solution to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal commercial teams to support client discussions, solution design, and payment architecture planning.
- Help brokers optimize their payment setup to improve deposit flows, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
- Payments Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Stay up to date with global payment trends, emerging payment technologies, and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the platform's payment infrastructure, integrations, and payment capabilities.
- Maintain clear documentation of payment integrations, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and external PSP partners.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in payments, PSP integrations, or payment infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience working with payment gateways, PSP APIs, and payment orchestration workflows.
- Strong understanding of global payment ecosystems, including cards, alternative payment methods (APMs), and cross-border transactions.
- Experience coordinating technical integrations with external payment providers.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and technical documentation (APIs, SDKs, webhooks, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and optimize payment performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FinTech, payments infrastructure, or online trading platforms.
- Experience working with global PSPs and regional payment methods.
- Familiarity with payment workflow management, and chargeback processes.
- Experience supporting B2B clients in implementing payment solutions.
- Knowledge of brokerage platforms or trading ecosystems.
