Video Maker (Screencaster)

We are looking for a video screencaster who can create clear, dynamic training videos about software products and services — from scripting to final editing and publication.

The key difference in this role is that we are looking for a specialist who not only ‘uses AI’ but also knows how to automate routine tasks and build a production pipeline (templates, scripts, pipelines, acceleration of editing/localisation/subtitling, etc.).

Tasks:

• Record screencasts and instructional videos about the product/features: ‘how to do...’, ‘how to set up...’, ‘what's new...’.
• Prepare the structure of the video: thesis/script, demonstration logic, timing, CTA.
• Record the screen (desktop/web), if necessary — demonstrations of mobile scenarios (emulator/capture).
• Edit: clean up pauses and hesitations, neat splicing, zooms/highlights, callouts, titles, intros, chapters.
• Prepare video versions: subtitles, localisation (if required), different formats/lengths (full video/short version).
• Interact with the product/development/marketing team: clarify scripts, check the correctness of terms, take feedback into account.
• Automate production using AI and scripts:
• draft scripts/video plans,            
• transcription and subtitle generation,
• quick translation and preparation of localised versions,
• automatic audio cleaning,
• batch preparation of assets/rendering/exporting using templates,
• standardisation (guides, presets, layouts, naming, quality control).

Requirements:

• You live in Cyprus and are ready to work in this format on a permanent basis.
• Experience in creating educational videos/screencasts (portfolio with links required). 
• Confident editing in any professional tool (e.g. Premiere / DaVinci / Final Cut / After Effects / Camtasia/ScreenFlow — not essential, the result is what matters).
• Understanding how to record a clean screencast: interface readability, font size, cursor, display speed, sound quality.
• Ability to explain complex things in simple language: structure, logic, conciseness, ‘no fluff’.
• Practical experience with AI automation in production (not just in words): LLM/transcription/subtitles/translation/templates/scripts, etc.
• Important: you can clearly describe your ‘before → after’ pipeline and how it speeds up work.
• English language knowledge — Advanced.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with fintech/trading topics, understanding of terms.
• Motion design skills (simple animation of interface prompts, neat splash screens).
• Experience with YouTube publications: design, chapters, previews, basic retention analytics.
• Scripting/automation: Python/JS, FFmpeg, auto-generation of subtitles (SRT/VTT), templates for mass export.
